Garibaldi, Italian revolutionary, ends up as a kind of biscuit. It's quite interesting, you know, the number of biscuits that are named after revolutionaries.

funny that...Garibaldi has a bit of history in the north east of england...Garibaldi is known to have stayed in Tynemouth House, Tynemouth, now part of The King's School, Tynemouth (where i went to school). A room in the house is subsequently named The Garibaldi Room. There is also a tower dedicated to Garibaldi standing on a hill in Blaydon, just West of Newcastle.
